Ron Henderson

President

Ron Henderson founded Henderson Group in 2002 to help governmental agencies meet their performance goals. Ron brings decades of public and private sector experience in organizational design, management improvement and performance improvement.

Prior to founding Henderson Group, Ron served as Director of Compensation for AT&T. In that role he designed compensation and incentive programs affecting over 400,000 employees. He also spent 15 years working in performance and management improvement at Southern Company, working to identify and integrate acquisitions.

In between his time at Southern Company and AT&T, Ron was a performance enhancement consultant, helping senior executives achieve their performance objectives. Ron’s clients have included Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and IBM.

Alan Pryor

Senior Vice President

Alan Pryor is responsible for Henderson Group’s oversight of government contract operations, client relations and business development. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and corporate management. Alan has extensive experience in the oversight and direction of government contracting operations including meeting financial and operational objectives, implementation and maintenance of internal controls, and providing leadership for the growth of the organization. He has directly served numerous government agencies, including Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the Internal Revenue Service.

Alan previously served as Vice President of Operations for Lionel Henderson and Company. His responsibilities included providing corporate oversight and guidance to program leads and directly interfacing with government personnel in the execution of contract requirements. He also assisted with business development activities, including technical and cost proposal preparation. Prior to Lionel Henderson and Company, Alan served as Chief Financial Officer for Chase Corporate Consulting, which provided consulting services to federal government contracting companies. Services provided were in the areas of technical and cost proposal preparation, marketing, and operational activities development and implementation.

Alan also served as President and Controller for National Con-Serv Inc., a government contracting company. In that capacity he was responsible for oversight and direction of the company’s entire operation. He was responsible for meeting all financial objectives at both the project and corporate level, preparation and production of corporate proposals including development of pricing, conduction of contract negotiations, and the development of both annual and long-range business plans. Alan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.

Vincent Liser

Senior Operations Manager

Vincent Liser has over 30 years of leadership experience in government contracting, working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of the Treasury, the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security. His experience includes program/project management, quality management, operations and logistics support. He also has a notable track record with organic growth of contracts and customer relationship management, as well as experience with training and staffing. Vincent graduated from Dickinson College with a degree in History and American Studies.

Alanna Smith

Human Resources Director

Ms. Smith is responsible for Office Management, Human Resources, Benefit, and 401(k) Administration.  Ms. Smith is a New Orleans native who resides in Atlanta, GA.  She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Management.  Ms. Smith has a diverse background acquired while working in Hospitality, Gaming, Banking, Retail, Transportation and Manufacturing.  Ms. Smith has 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience including Benefit Administration, Recruiting, Employee Relations, and Training.   Ms. Smith has Professional Human Resources and SHRM-CP certifications. 

She holds Professional Human Resources and SHRM-CP certifications.  

Kenneth M. Dandy

Director of Accounting and Finance

Kenneth M. Dandy is the Director of Accounting and Financial Services for Henderson Group Unlimited, Inc. He is responsible for advising on fiscal matters, overseeing the annual budget, coordinating external audits, administering monthly financial reports, developing pricing and cost proposals, supervising staff, and managing the day-to-day financial and corporate operations.  Mr. Dandy has over 27 years of experience in the federal government contracts industry. He has previously held a variety of of positions including Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Accounting Manager, and Director of Finance/Contracts.  Mr. Dandy also provided consulting services to small businesses in the areas of accounting and finance.   He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Savannah State University.

Veronica Washington Robinson

Program Manager

Veronica Washington Robinson is a Program Manager with over 30 years of leadership experience in government contracting. She has managed a broad array of federal projects supporting Disaster Insurance, Defense and Security Investigations, to OSHA/Labor Administration. Her experience includes Operation and Project/Program Management, Office Design and Implementation, Strategic Planning, Human Capital Management, Process Improvement, Organizational Planning, and Contract Management. Veronica’s belief is that project management success is as much about leading people as it is about managing tasks, events and processes.

Vincent VanLear

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Vincent provides marketing, leadership, and strategy regarding the identification and capture of new business. This includes the development of relationships with clients and business partnerships. He brings over 20 years of professional experience and progressively capture experience in the federal market place.

Prior to joining Henderson Group, Vincent honed his federal business capture experience working with a variety of federal integrators. In the 90s Vincent was part of the federal division of UNISYS Corp., focused on critical systems needed at the laboratories and facilities within at the U.S Dept of Energy. Many of these systems included solutions supporting the management and control of petroleum, gas and nuclear energy sources. Following this exposure, Vincent went on to support the C4ISR requirements for the defense sector as a business development executive with Booz Allen Hamilton. During this period Vincent supported the development of mission critical solutions for Army, Air Force and special clients such as DISA, DLA and SOCOM. The experience supporting mission critical systems enabled Vincent to successfully support the critical requirements needed in the federal health market. Working as the Director of BD for LCG Systems, Vincent supported the mission critical systems within NIH, CMS and the CDC. Vincent has also supported the federal markets need for cloud solutions. As the Director of BD for CoreSphere, Vincent led the company’s drive to expand its core business offering of cloud solutions to the federal market. Cloud solutions were provided to Treasury, GSA and HHS.

Vincent studied Liberal Science from Georgetown University and continues of his education development via a Business Administration degree program at UMUC. Vincent also is involved in several federal associations focused on improving the relationship between government and contractors which will lead to better understand and requirements.
